• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Promptly update your information if it changes

4. Subscription and Payments

• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the scripts and creative content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content

Videos generated through August Ads are owned by you, subject to these Terms. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use generated content for commercial and personal purposes.

Our Content

The Service, including AI models, avatars, voices, and platform features, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by August Ads is created using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or error-free
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use
• Generated avatars are synthetic and do not represent real individuals
• You must comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content disclosure

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not use your content (including scripts, uploads, prompts, or generated outputs) to train AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless August Ads, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and associated data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
