We aim to be fair. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, with generous acceptance unless we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

2. How to Request a Refund

- Your payment receipt/invoice ID (if available)
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any screenshots or error messages (optional but helpful)
3. Non-Refundable or Limited Cases
We may deny or limit refunds in situations including:
- Fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious payment activity
- Repeated refund requests or patterns of abuse
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Excessive usage intended to extract value before requesting a refund
4. Subscriptions and Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you typically retain access until the end of your current billing period.
